Jim McKean
Board Member

Jim holds Bachelor degrees in Computer Science and Math from the University of Idaho and has a Master degree in Computer Science from the University of Denver. Jim is a System Engineer and has spent the last 22 years building and designing complex computer systems. His best attribute is working within a team structure to accomplish a common goal.

Jim was born and raised on a farm in Idaho. At the age of 12 he accepted Christ as his Savior. Jim really wants others know the Jesus Christ he found as a child. He is most passionate about working in the areas Children's Ministry and music. He believes if a child comes to know Christ as he did, then that child's life will never be the same.

He has been working at Pantano Christian Church in the Children's Ministry as a volunteer since 2005. Music has played a key role in his life in worshipping and communicating with God and he enjoys writing songs that give praise to Christ.

Jim's other passion is supporting Missionary work. Him and his wife are currently supporting 4 overseas missionary teams both financially and through prayers. Jim was blessed to join a Mexico mission trip to build houses in 2006 and 2007. He is preparing for the time that God calls him into service full time.
